[ct-user] CT939 crashes where CT910a works

When I launch CT939 I get the following message:

DOS/16M error [23] no memory for VCPI page table

typeing MEM at the DOS prompt shows

Conv    603K
Upper     31K
High       0K
Extended    0K
Extended in XMS    0k
EMS     432k

BEFORE I run CT939, I ran CT910a with no problems.  After exiting CT910a,
I get from MEM:

Conv  603K
Upper    31K
High    0K
Extended   0K
Extended in XMS    2994K
EMS      432K

These are the same numbers I get afater a fresh boot in DOS.  I use
DR-DOS on a 386SX with 5 meg total ram.
