Thanks to K1TTT, K1EA, and K8ISK, the solution to the DVP-
NETTSR conflict was found and resolved. The first thing tried
ended up being an easy fix. The DVP and the NIC we use both
default to the same SOFTWARE INTERRUPT, namely 0x60. By
starting the packet driver for the NIC with the command line switch
to adjust the software interrupt to 0x6f, the DVP and NIC were able
to peacefully coexist.
Now, if we could get the rest of it all working....
