[ct-user] Radio Timeout errors

I think I read here in the last couple of months where the frequency of the
radio is sent to the computer everytime you move the dial, then the computer
receives this on the serial interface and should process it.

a. To use in the log if you record a QSO
b. It sends it out onto the network
        i.) There is a parameter to make this happen only when you log a QSO

I am not sure of my facts, but hopefully someone will explain further
