Stutter or erratic sending? When I ran CT 9.26 under Windows 3.1 I noticed erratic sending at speeds 30wpm & up. I just figured it was some subtasks of windows stealing cpu cycles from CT, thereby affecting CTs timing of CW going out. Under DOS, no problem.
