[ct-user] CT,NETTSR and laptop:one-way communication !

David K1TTT and Pablo EA4TX were really right!Double checking IRQs and I/O,
now my network is working really well, both
in WIN95 and in simple DOS-6.2 (bootstrapping from a floppy) !
I've just finished to test a 6 PCs network (with my laptop finally added)
working perfectly .

My thanks to K1TTT and EA4TX for they kind suggestions and help.
