Well you did say "MKI" so I don't know if this will work.... I used my
706MKII for dxpedition use. Set it up for "Icom 735" in the rig selection
menu, and took awhile to find out the address "4H" would allow the MKII to
function fully. All functions worked fine under this setup for 98' WPX as
KH6/KB6JOX....
