[ct-user] CT - IOTA Contest (RSGB)

Hello All,

 On behalf of a friend who is planning his operation for this years 
IOTA contest and noticed no option (CT9) available. May I enquire 
what the situation is or thoughts on alternatives that will allow a 
multiplier station to be linked.
