[ct-user] ct utilities.. ??

Some time ago I could find some ct utility files (like cty.dat etc..) at
http://www.contesting.com/ct/ but when I checked that page yesterday the only
jump one could make was to the ct.exe update page... Can someone tell me where
else to find the ct utility files ?
