[ct-user] CT registration off BBS?

Hi, I need some help before field day. I just got the latest copy of
CT off the BBS, but it says it is unregistered, even though the BBS
says I am registered! It says to run register.exe which I don't seem
to have!

The BBS used to delever a registered copy to you, so I've never had this
problem before - what changed, and how do I get it fixed before
Friday?
