[ct-user] Templates for CT

Hello !

Maybe this is a silly question to ask, or maybe this has been covered
many times before. However, please forgive my ignorance and try to help.

I would like to use CT for domestic contests, with different rules and
exchanges. Is it possible to create templates (is this the word ?)
specifically for these contests ?
