No, it is not possible connect a transceiver and TNC to the same COM
port at the same time.  I suggest you add a second COM port to your
laptop by installing a "PC Card" (also called a "PCMCIA card") that
supports COM2 (or COM3 if your laptop already has a FAX/Modem).
