I've had similar problems where the freq field gets 0 instead of a number, but at least the band gets logged properly. I think what you need to do (if you can't just go in and use the Alt F1/F2 keys to directly change the band on the desired QSOs) is B2R, then edit the ascii .res file, then R2B back.
