CT Software (NNY update)

Hi Brian,

CT does not need to change to support the NNY section.  However, the .DAT
files need to be updated.  It never occurred to me that this was the case,
so I will start work on this this week and hope by 1 April that the new
files will be available for download through anonymous FTP and WWW.
