need 7to8.exe

Thanks to everyone who responded to my request for a b2r executable
to convert my ct626 files.  
It seems as though what I need is the 7to8 utility to make all the
necessary conversions.
If anyone's got a copy of 7to8.exe and could mail it to me I would
be very greatful!!
