FT-1000MP support

I talked to Ken, K1EA yesterday and he mentioned that the FT-1000MP
does not work yet.  The Heard Island expedition wants to use it, and
he doesn't have a radio to use to debug it.

Maybe you should bug Yaesu about getting Ken a radio so he can make
it work.
