CT 8.45 and MERGE - HELP PLEASE

The following is the situation

Largest executable program size 616k (after memmaker)

 Out of memory! Record 110
 110 call read
 what a messNot enough memeory to sort the log"

Any advice so we can complete our Field Day logs?
