The undocumented -K1XM switch was implemented for use on a Toshiba
T1000SE, which is an 8086 machine. The patch also sets it to an AT
style keyboard with F11 and F12, since the Toshiba has that.
I haven't tried the -K1XM switch on the later CT V8 versions, as I
upgraded to a newer notebook when V9 came out.
