Running CT v 9.23 in WPX CW, I had a late start. My first Q was at 0155Z.
Later, when I check rate sith Ctrl-F9, the fist active hour, (0200Z-0300)
showed up in the first column, (0000Z) instead of the third column where it
should be.
Changing the time of the first Q with Alt-F to anything in the 0000-0100Z
range corrected the Ctrl-F9 display to what one would expect: The first two
columns showed no Q's.
Thought I was losing it there for a moment...
