RATE utility

    I don't have ftp capabilities yet.  Could somebody please e-mail me a
    copy of the QRATE (or is it just RATE) utility program for use with CT
    .BIN files?  I mean, after this past weekend, we're just dieing to know
    what the high number was.  (Might be less than 100/hr, even at the peak
    of the Eu opening late Saturday morning. :-)

    My mailer will automatically UUDECODE whatever is sent attached to an
    e-mail.
