CW, CT and DoubleSpace

Has anyone noticed any interaction between CW sending and hard disk writes 
with CT, when the hard disk is being written using DoubleSpace data 
compression?  With another package (not CT) I get definite "stumbles" in the 
CW as the disk drive runs.  They go away (apparently) when I move to my 
non-compressed drive, which suggests that DoubleSpace is the culprit in some 
way.
