[CQ-Contest] IARU and 222 and up Final Results

Hello all,

In case you missed it, IARU and 222 and up final results are out and available 
at contests.arrl.org<https://contests.arrl.org/> in each respective contest 
listing. The certificates for both are also available at the certificate 
generator.

We've been doing some behind the scenes work on speeding up some of the results 
release. No promises, but some cool stuff is happening here! Stay tuned..
