The updated HQ Prefill file compatible with various contest loggers is now
available for download as "itu.zip" from this short link:

Instructions for installing and testing the prefill file for each contest
logger is in the file named Readme.txt inside the Zip.
I will continue to update these HQ prefill files whenever new HQ station
callsigns are added to the master list maintained by Joe, OZ0J.
Send HQ station updates to contest@oz0j.dk and I will update the rest of
the files accordingly until the contest starts about 8 days from now.
