Actually, the amateurs who go through the process of creating new sections —
appointing section managers, ARES co-ordinators, deputy SMs, and so on, don’t
really care enough about contests to go through all that work simply to create
a new multiplier.
If it was simply a matter of saying “We’re a new section!” perhaps.
Although, perhaps you’re just being facetious. Which I appreciate!
