 We've gone through this before.
Will Windows 11 run on the older hardware?  Most of the time, yes.
Will it run WELL?  No.  It requires, as a practical matter, a faster CPU, more
memory, and more HDD space.
If your existing hardware is running 32 bit Win X, er, Win 10... if it can't
run 64 bit, then it won't run Win X+1, er, Win 11.
And don't get me started on the older versions of other Micro$oft products.
Many of them (Office 2010 / 2013, for example) actually will work perfectly
fine... but the license servers either no longer acknowledge your license key,
or no longer respond at all.  So you can LOAD the software, but you can't
REGISTER or REREGISTER it, which means it stops working effectively after 30
days.  (Is this a ploy to get you to subscribe to Office/Micro$oft 365 on a
monthly basis?  You betcha!)
The reality is that a lot of older but perfectly adequate hardware will have to
be replaced if you want to stay in the Windows orbit.  Or you have to be
willing to risk potential security threats that won't get patched, by keeping
the older OS's running.  Or... start learning Linux.

I did it on a OLD Laptop.

it worked, but the laptop was so slow to do anything I reversed it back
to 10.

I mean boot up would take like 10 minutes.

Click on the icon to open a browser? Sure go ahead click on it and then
go and make some coffee. it might be ready when you get back.
