Was there a specific contest you were referring to?
I find this complaint strangely ironic. If you follow ALL contests, there
aren't too many (any?) that have separate categories for Provinces (or even
groups of call areas) in Canada, yet the USA often has multiple plaques.
That there's not one for W4 in whichever one you're thinking of is, well, I
won't say.
Good luck in your endeavour to get some wall wood Bob/FCN.
You're just gonna have to try harder in <whatever contest you're referring
to> for your next attempt.

I see a plaque sponsored for EVERY USA call area except
W4 again ! Guess I'll
have to really get serious after a couple years just
coasting
along, enjoying the scenery and sounds of New England.
