I prefer online confirmations such as LoTW and eQSL, but I still like to see
QSLs, whatever kind. QSLs are a significant part of ham radio culture. I look
at email QSLs and print up a few pf them. For me, the point is that they are
friendly responses by other hams to our QSOs.
I do appreciate those who take time to create an interesting QSL, whatever kind.
I don't respond to email QSLs.. I don't send them, either, and consider eQSL to
be adequate.
I find them less irritating than the real junk email I get. Many of them have a
fixed sender's address which you can block. There's also a DELETE key.

I am starting to get a lot email QSLs after contests (probably 20 in the last
few days after the ARRL DX SSB contest).
Does anyone know what the point is other than a digital equivalent of the
traditional mailed QSL card? They are not useful for any awards that I am
aware of.
I stopped using the bureau last year and upload contest logs for N1UR to LOTW.
I have not been "responding" to these emails.
What do people know and what are you doing?
