Participated in the Poisson d?Avril 70th Annual contest for the first time
this year: pretty good contest, might do again. 3830 didn?t have any form
set up to report my score though

I audio recorded each letter and number so no microphone was needed for the
entire contest: just set the program on robocall. Sure I fell asleep and
wasted many callers? time, but whatever. Also worked split 5-1000 up to
conserve bandwith and so callers knew where I was. Self-spotted these
details at least 750,900 times too. Didn?t touch the radio during the whole
contest, but certainly transmitted out of band to pick up new QSOs.

The contest organizers said they didn?t need my log, but it?s just every
callsign in the Supercheck Partial, and they know where to find that.
Finally, I asked several stations via e-mail after the contest to help fill
in my log: never did hear back from K1DG. Pretty sure that?s allowed but I
didn?t read the rules, or my radio manual.

Anyways, it looks like I won 2nd in the World so look forward to receiving
my plaque. Shouldn?t cost very much to mail..

Bonne Pâques et chance de N8ACP
