[CQ-Contest] Salmon Run Weekend is upon us - K7TQ Mobile Superstation

Salmon run will take place this weekend September 16-17.
Salmon run begins Saturday morning at 1600Z (9AM PDT) and runs through 
23:59Z on Sunday afternoon (4:59PM Sunday PDT).

Rules changes from last year are mostly intact.

K7TQ will be operating mobile with N7WA covering 20 counties in Eastern 
Washington east of the Cascade Crest Saturday and Sunday.
