[CQ-Contest] Contest Dinner tickets available

We have 2 tickets at the K5NA table available since N5AUS has had a
scheduling issue arise.  The other 8 seats are taken.  Payment can be made
to N5AUS directly and I can bring the tickets or mail them to you as needed.
We're leaving one seat open in memory of Richard K5NA.
