Pick a date, and go from there. Many folks are retired, so there should be
enough of a pool to get things started. If the idea has legs, THEN move it

There are no serious contests during the week. It needs to be on a weekend for
most contesters to be interested. See item C about being DOA without enough
interest.
BTW, CWT is not a contest. It is a series of practice sessions.
