Hi Chuck, I'm surprised and disappointed that the SE DX Club is sponsoring a DX contest in the WARC bands. This will be the first contest ever sponsored by any organization anywhere in the world in the WARC bands. Truly a terrible idea and most amateurs and contesters will not welcome it and really should boycott it.
