[CQ-Contest] OHQP update and countdown version pi/infinity times Browns scores

5 days until the great Ohio QSO Party! Looking forward to lots of fun, 
activity, QRM, QRN (but not too much) and log filling runs.

We have a great amount of activity planned so far. The county list shows we 
will have 87 of 88 counties with planned activity. There are still plans being 
submitted. 

Currently we have 7 rover and mobile stations with planned activity-that is a 
lot of county action!
