Wouldn't a user have to update their QRZ.com entry to indicate if they use
LotW? I know there are very many that never update that page information.

LotW offers a CSV file of every call that has uploaded to LotW, along with
when they last uploaded.

While not real time updated (updates once a week), it's likely to be more
current than QRZ.com entries. Perhaps you may want to try using that.
