Did you start up WSJT-X from the Window > Load WSJT/JTDX menu tem? If not,
there won't be anything for the decode list window to display. It shows
only call signs of stations that the connected copy of WSJT-X has decoded
CQ messages from. See the checklist at <
https://n1mmwp.hamdocs.com/manual-windows/wsjt-x-decode-list-window/#setup-checklist>
for other setup items to verify.
