UTC March 2 and ends 2359 UTC March 3, 2019. The log submission DEADLINE is
2359 UTC March 10, 2019 (7 days after the event).

Please upload your Cabrillo log before the event's log deadline to
https://contest-log-submission.arrl.org/ You can upload your log as many
times as needed to make any corrections (if you upload more than once, your
highest upload confirmation number will be your competition log for the event).
You can confirm that your uploaded Cabrillo log has been received at
http://contests.arrl.org/logsreceived.php Categories and claimed score will
become viewable at 5 days after the log deadline for the event.
