I only have two bearings from that area:
90 degrees from Peru, MA
45 degrees from Hartford, CT
The former, if is correct, would seem to rule out VE. The latter places
it somewhere west of Boston.
Clearly, we need more bearings. One from VE2 or VE3 would be especially
useful, though a lot of those provinces are probably in the skip zone
and to far away for ground wave.
