Solution thanks to VK7BEN
Use CAT commands
How this works is the CQ F1 Button CAT command switches to rear panel then
operator wave file is selected and then Cat command switches back to the front.
F1 CQ,{CAT1ASC EX1031;}{OPERATOR}\Cq.wav{END}{CAT1ASC EX1030;}
F2 EXCHANGE,{CAT1ASC EX1031;}{OPERATOR}\Exchange.wav{END}{CAT1ASC EX1030;}
F3 TNX,{CAT1ASC EX1031;}{OPERATOR}\Thanks.wav{END}{CAT1ASC EX1030;}
F4 VK4KW,{CAT1ASC EX1031;}{OPERATOR}\VK4KW.wav{END}{CAT1ASC EX1030;}
F5 LongCQ,{CAT1ASC EX1031;}{OPERATOR}\LongCq.wav{END}{CAT1ASC EX1030;}
F6 BRAG,{CAT1ASC EX1031;}{OPERATOR}\BRAG.wav{END}{CAT1ASC EX1030;}
Worked fine all weekend any key or footswitch will stop the Voice Message.
Check the TX level on SCU17 to prevent overdrive
