Learned so much about US condx issues that I nearly forgot about the money and time issues around the qualification scheme. Am not convinced that "networking" to access big stations is the solution. Sorry to say but "It is the money, stupid" walks, looks and sounds like the elephant in the room. Much sympathy for Igor's (UA9CDC) proposal.
