Gang, This is the second time that This issue has come up. 4U1WB has been active from the world Bank in Washington DC and should be made an exception to any rule about FCC assigned call signs in the USA. The 4U1WB call sign has been valid since the late 1980's. Contest Sponsors should amend their rules if necessary.
