Yes it went down for a short while. I saw that as it happened since I was
working on a data flow pipeline I'm implementing using RBN as the test data
source.
I don't know the details behind the RBN infrastructure, but being such a
great tool if it's hosted on AWS, making it multi-region to provide 24/7
availability would be great.
Some years ago I remember QRZ.com went down for several hours because the
AWS Atlanta Data Center had a major network issue.
