[CQ-Contest] Logger32

I've been running LOGGER 32 for many years for my daily logs and now have an 
issue.  As of today it will not connect to telnet.  All other functions are 
normal.  I have no problem logging on to DX Summit or getting a telnet hookup 
on N1MM.  The default site is K4UGA and I have tried a couple of others with no 
luck.  Error message:  Winsock error 40020 : Invalid operation at current state 
.

What's up with this?
