[CQ-Contest] WRTC2018 Practice Run - DR5F

John, W2GD and I will be operating IARU 2017 from DR5F.  We will simulate
the WRTC2018 environment as we will be operating Field Day style, low power,
mixed mode, and without packet.  Please work us on as many bands and modes
as possible
