Without getting to deeply involved in the D1 call issue, I am just curious
to see if Ukrainian Amateur Radio society have included any Donetsk or
Lugansk stations in their Ukrainian HQ effort? Many good stations are
located in that area, but my memory from last year is that Donetsk and
Lugansk hams, even those still using "Ukrainian" calls, were excluded from
the Ukrainian HQ operation?
Am I right or wrong?
If wrong, why were the Donetsk and Lugansk excluded?
If Kiev prevent them from participating - which HQ team should they belong
to?
The Kosovo-Basque-Donetsk/Lugansk-Kurdish-Veneto team??
