I read a few post on remote operating and regulations. I little while
later I took out my May 2017 CQ Magazine and discovered a very good
article on remote operating from a regulations point of view. The
authors did good job of researching regulations with attention to
international operating.
I suggest you read this brief article, you may be surprised and
depending on the situation some of the statements made could be
incorrect.
My apologies if I'm duplicating what someone else has posted.
