Hi Joe,,
W4RT did make a filter board that allowed you to run both a narrow CW
filter and a narrow SSB filter on the 718. If you had to choose only one,
I would go with the CW filter as it will make a much bigger difference than
the SSB narrow filter would. I am not sure if W4RT still has the dual
filter board, but you might be able to find one used.
