Several folks who've taken the survey noted that Question 7 (asking in what
contests you've submitted a log in the past 12 months) should allow
selection of multiple answers - not simply only one. Mea culpa. (It was
the lack of coffee prior to posting.)
However, once a free survey is underway, SurveyMonkey allows only limited
tinkering to the survey, so I can't change that now.
If you've yet to respond to the survey, and are interested in doing so - and
have entered multiple of the contests in the past 12 months, please
so-indicate in the open-ended Comments question #10.
