[CQ-Contest] Belize City, Belize

Are there any hams in the vicinity of Belize City, Belize that might be 
able to assist with a licensing issue?
I mailed a postal money order to the PUC for G0DVJ's license on January 
5th.  As of today, the PUC has not received the check.
I am looking for someone that would be willing to make the payment for 
Jonathan and we could pay you back via paypal or when we arrive in 
Belize City.
Any help would be appreciated.
