Even 7128 is pushing it -- if you're TX with a 2.7 kHz filter and the low side of the filter is at 500 Hz, your RF -3dB points would be 7124.8 - 7127.5. Add another 200-400 Hz for filter skirts to get down to -30dB re: PEP.

AND is if your power amp is clean -- I see far too many that are NOT, splattering another3- 5 kHz either side of THAT bandwidth. Those stations would have to stay above 7132 kHz!
