It dawned on me I did not stay on topic
try a search for Band decoders
many make them or build your own
but looking at what exist in places like the Raspberry Pi forums may help
you decide how
to roll your own and program it
commercial vendors abound in this area today from
WX0B boxs, to Top Ten Devices
and MicroHam to name just a few
