Sadly, this is already not the case. Look at what packet has done: get
spotted - instant pileup. Busted packet spot - instant pileup of lots of
dupes.
So - even if running unassisted, you are affected by packet...
No - I don't have an easy answer, but we are seeing are knock-on effects
from technology.
